A Vision Is Becoming Reality

There are moments in life when an idea stops feeling like an idea and starts becoming a mission.

That’s where I find myself today.

Over the past several months, I’ve been writing The Plus One Culture—a leadership book built from lessons learned through sports, adversity, business, and the incredible people who invested in me along the way.

What started as a few stories from my time as a two-sport All-American has grown into something much bigger.

Because this isn’t a baseball book.

It’s a book about people.

It’s about leadership.

It’s about culture.

And it’s about a simple belief that has shaped my life:

Building Teams Where Everyone Elevates Everyone.

More Than a Book

As I’ve written each chapter, one thing has become clear.

The message shouldn’t end when someone finishes the last page.

Leadership isn’t learned in a weekend.

Culture isn’t built during a keynote.

Championship teams are built through consistent habits, intentional conversations, and people who choose to make those around them better every single day.

That’s why The Plus One Culture is growing into something much bigger than a book.

Introducing PlusOneCulture.com

This fall, alongside the release of the book, we’ll officially launch PlusOneCulture.com.

The website will serve as a home for leaders who want to intentionally build stronger teams and healthier cultures.

Here’s what you’ll find:

  • Leadership articles with practical lessons you can apply immediately.

  • Weekly newsletters delivering fresh leadership insights and encouragement.

  • Digital leadership programs for individuals, teams, coaches, and organizations.

  • Speaking engagements and workshops focused on creating championship cultures.

  • Resources, tools, and team-building content to help leaders put these principles into action.

The goal is simple:

To equip people with practical ways to build teams where everyone elevates everyone.

Three Ways to Grow

One of the projects I’m most excited about is our new digital leadership pathway.

Whether you’re an individual looking to grow or an organization looking to transform your culture, there will be a program designed for you.

Plus One Foundations

A self-paced digital course.

Designed for individuals who want to strengthen their leadership mindset and learn the core principles behind The Plus One Culture.

Plus One Culture Sprint

A four-week team-building experience.

Created for coaches, businesses, schools, and organizations that want to improve communication, accountability, trust, and teamwork through practical weekly implementation.

Plus One Culture Transformation

An eight-week leadership transformation program.

Our flagship experience designed to help organizations build lasting cultures where leadership is multiplied, accountability becomes the standard, and everyone takes ownership of the team’s success.

These aren’t just courses.

They’re practical roadmaps for creating cultures people actually want to be part of.

Looking Ahead

As I write this, the manuscript continues to take shape.

Each chapter brings another lesson to life.

Each story reminds me that leadership isn’t reserved for people with titles.

It’s available to anyone willing to add value to another person.

That has always been the heartbeat of this project.

As we move toward a fall launch, I’ll continue sharing behind-the-scenes updates, quotes from the book, leadership insights, and resources that you can begin applying today.

If you’ve followed this journey from the beginning, thank you.

Your encouragement, feedback, and support have made this project better than I ever imagined.

And if you’re just joining us, welcome.

We’re just getting started.

Because culture doesn’t change overnight.

It changes when one person decides to make another person better.

Then another.

And another.

That’s how championship teams are built.

That’s how organizations thrive.

That’s how legacies are created.

The Plus One Culture

Building Teams Where Everyone Elevates Everyone.

Coming this Fall.
